TERMS OF SERVICE

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you would like anything that is not specified on the Commission Page, please email me beforehand, so I can let you know if I am able to create that piece.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will be placed on a waitlist.

 

TRANSACTION INFORMATION

All transactions are done through PayPal.

After your purchase, please contact me with a brief description of what you would like in your piece, changes and refunds are not permitted once the rough sketch has been approved.

After your purchase, when you email me, please include your confirmation number or a copy of your receipt.

I will require an address if you ordered a specialized print.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission, your purchase will be refunded if this happens.

I reserve the right to halt or drop your commission at any time, your purchase will be refunded if this happens.

 

TIMELINE INFORMATION

Commissions that are purchased first will be worked on in the order the purchases are received.

You will be notified once work on your commission has started.

Your commission can take anywhere from one day to a week to complete, this is especially true if you ordered a speedpaint, in the case that orders are backed up, I will notify you and give you the option to have your purchase refunded.

All commissions are able to be posted by or on a certain date in the case they are a gift for another party.

If you have a certain date that the image must be completed by, this must be specified and must be at least 1 month from the purchase date, this is to ensure that your work is completed in a timely manner and to prevent me from getting backed up in orders.

 

FINAL PROUCT INFORMATION

All commissions will be posted to my social accounts upon completion, this is to prevent art theft.

I will not post the finished piece to your account, upon completion. I will send you the link to a site where the image can be downloaded, typically this will be DeviantArt.

You are not allowed to post it on your own site without giving me credit, preferably with my name and a link to one of my accounts. This is to prevent art theft.

You may use the commissioned piece as anything you wish, a cover for a novel, an avatar, profile picture, etc,. I request that you credit me, this is to prevent art theft.

I reserve the right to use any piece in my portfolio.

 

You are not allowed to resell any commission, this is to prevent art theft.
